Harrow SNU Church ‘The Light on the Hill’

Update -  7th April 2020

Dear Friends,
I just wanted to say Hi and to tell you that our Healers and Committee Members and Helpers at Harrow Church are still thinking about you, your families and loved ones and you are in our thoughts and prayers.  It seems ages ago that many of us were together in our lovely church and so much has happened in the world during this time.

The Coronavirus seems to have brought out both the worst behaviour and the best in people.   There were those who grabbed all the toilet rolls and food and those wonderful people who are continuing to help others. Please spare a thought for those who work in our shops, filling the shelves, working on the cash desks keeping us supplied with food to keep us healthy.  Let us send out our thoughts to them and the following people:  The Emergency service workers who are risking their lives on a daily basis to keep us safe.  The people who work in our hospitals, hospices and care homes  at all levels who each have a vital role to play in keeping them  clean and those who are caring for the very sickest people and see death on a daily basis.

For those who continue to drive the buses and trains to get these essential workers to work.  For those who continue to support those who need homecare, those who are shopping for vulnerable people and for all those who do random acts of kindness to help others each day.  Let us also give a thought to the Undertakers and mortuary workers who care for loved ones at the end of their time here on the earth plane and all those who come in to your mind that I may have missed out. Let us also please spare a thought for those who have lost their jobs or who are under the threat of losing them through no fault of their own and who are sick with worry as to how they will cope.

How wonderful it is to see people each Thursday at 8pm, standing on their doorsteps or at their open windows or on their balconies clapping, cheering, and banging saucepans as a thank you to all those wonderful people who are sacrificing their lives to help others in need  Please continue to support them and show them you care.

Please be assured that our Healers and Committee members are continuing to send healing out to the world and many of us sit for a Healing Minute at 10am and 10 pm joining many people in this country and throughout the world asking for Gods healing energy to be sent to all those in need.  Please do feel free to join with us at this time or when you can or when it is convenient to you.

Charnjit is doing a fantastic job in keeping our Church Website up to date.  We have always had our own online Healing Book and if you would like to place the name of someone you know in this book you can sending a message via the Contact Us tab.

If you are missing our services you can join in the SNUi services which are on the SNUi website.  Go to SNUi and then click on the tab which says Tuition Programme and then scroll down and you will see the services that you can join.  If you would like to participate in the courses and talks you will need to join SNUI an there is a yearly subscription for this but not to access the free services and demonstrations.

If you are feeling isolated and lonely and would like a chat you can call me or David on                   0208 537 0092 or the Church Mobile on 07528 348 432.  During the day time only please.
If you need emotional support Night or Day 7 Days a week you can call the Samaritans     Free on 116 123.

Alternatively if you are of state pension age you can call Free Silver Line Helpline                   Free on 0800 4 70 80 90

Please take care and stay safe and well.  We look forward to seeing you when this is all over and we can have a Big Thanksgiving Service and a get together afterwards.

God be with you till we meet again
